• Nicky the difference between a Mk1 and Mk2 was the engine.the Mk1 used the Perkins 192 engine and the Mk2 used the 203 engine.If my memory serves me correctly there is a plate attached to the inlet manifold which will say Perkins.192 or 203 the 192 engine has a sump with a 'wedge' in it where the sump bolts to the engine backplate.
