Very new to US market. Not a large distribution network. If you are truly interested in this machine, you should find out answers to the following:
What kind of call in support is available?
What type of on-call support (both warranty and non-warranty) is available?
What are the parts availability and where do they come from?
Common or unique disposables and availability/distribution network?
Remember, every dialysis machine that is FDA approved is allowed to be used in the USA. But it is not just what the outside looks like, but what the inside does. I have seen a machine so over-engineered (gas lifters to raise a display so that the tech can get to some of the electronics - but a height-challenged tech would need a step stool to see things) that it made you wonder. And the opposite, so bare-bones that some common safety features others have were not included.
I am not trying to bad-mouth the DBB-06. It is a good machine and is popular in Europe. Just analyze it carefully since you will be using it in a limited market. And that will be true until it becomes a popular dialysis machine in the USA.
